Hi guys, It has been a lot of time since i last wrote an article. It's about Evan Carmichael And what he said in this particular video.

Ok let's start then,
Yes, the first thing i want to talk here is all i am writing about this video is my own personal review and Many may like it and Many don't.
For a Business to flourish, you have to have passion towards your business, Think it is a child of yours and you have to make it grow so that it takes care of you in your old age. Avoid being in other affairs instead of being focused in your business. I have already written an article about that. You can see it in my blog. As you wake up in the morning think what good you are gonna make in this field where your business belongs, may it be an innovation, discovery or improvement in your working style etc. Be Confident and Positive about what you are doing in your business. Be happy and satisfied with what you are doing and what you are gonna do in future.
NOTE: plan everything to work on with when you are at your office like appointments with MEDIA, MARKETING Dept., MANAGERS, CLIENTS etc. I know not everything goes according to what we have planned. But you can at least try to stick to it.
Now Lets go to the Questions:
1. What is your success secret?
I am not the one who should be answering this as i am just a student and a blogger . But i would say what should be the secret to be successful.
First and foremost like Aleks Saiyan said Letting ourselves open to CRITICISM. Take it as a healthy advice and move on and work on it. You will definitely improve yourself as well as your company/Business. Don't let your ego cross your way in otherwise it will just be a disaster. For eg: A show called KITCHEN NIGHTMARES hosted by Chef. GORDON RAMSAY, many of the restaurants face this problem of letting their EGO into their business and they ruin their business.
Secondly, i will say not only building a team, It should be Building a TEAM with right and appropriate SKILLS to counter the challenges which we face in the real time. With only the Team along with the skills required, we can achieve the goals in our business and become a successful ENTREPRENEUR. We get a good time to work on the improvement of our business too.
2. How do i get more reach/exposure?
As Evan said, Everyone starts from scratch, (But some exceptions are there with lots of ancestral properties or money which they can invest in their business without any problem). We are not talking about them. For a lot of exposure, you need to have a lot of contacts. For which you have to do the FIELD WORK. You have to search for the people who are already in the same field as you are, and get the knowledge to start , maintain and grow the business.
As Alex said, You can have an approach method, where you approach to the stores yourself or you send your salesman/women to speak with them. Most important thing is "First Impression is the Best Impression". So, you have to think about these following things :

- "LinkedIn" is one of the ways you can get some professionals.
- "Commenting" on other videos and you can share your views and your business profile on 'YouTube', which will grow as the main video grows its views. Eg: reviewing "Game Of Thrones"
- joining "Business Groups" in 'Facebook' will grow your business and you will get many ideas to grow your business and you will get a good reach.
3. How can i grow my brand and sell my product in a big and famous stores?
As Alex said, You can have an approach method, where you approach to the stores yourself or you send your salesman/women to speak with them. Most important thing is "First Impression is the Best Impression". So, you have to think about these following things :
- Gestures.
- Body Language.
- Knowledge about your company as well as the stores/companies you are approaching to.
- Consistency.
- Follow - on.
- Sample demonstration.
- Discounts/Rebates/gift vouchers on Bulk Orders.
As Evan said, you have to market your products on "Business to Customer" using online websites or E-commerce websites on low rates as much as possible and create a hype for your products. So that Business people come to you to buy your house to get your products and rather than you going to their offices.
- Use Amazon.com (.in,.fr etc...) to sell your products.
- Tell your Employees to promote your products, Because, "Word Of Mouth" is a more powerful strategy to promote your products, as people believe their friends rather than some Ad in TV.
- Create a blog or website only for your products , which will attract more and different type of target audiences.
